Saditty Styles offers a 30-day return window for most items, with returns processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds are typically issued back to the card on file, and items must be in new, unworn condition. Certain items, such as final sale merchandise, bodysuits, swimwear, co-sign merchandise, and accessories, are non-returnable. 

RETURN & EXCHANGE 

We want you to love your Saditty Styles pieces. Returns or exchanges are accepted within 15 days of delivery if your item meets the following conditions:

• Unworn

• Unwashed

• Original packaging intact

• Free from makeup, tan, perfume, or damage X Returns outside the 15 -day window will not be accepted.

! Items failing our quality check cannot be refunded or exchanged.

We offer flat rate shipping on all orders.

We have the following shipping options available:

Standard shipping 3-7 business days 

Please note, shipping time frames do not include processing time. Orders will be delivered based on the option chosen once the order has been processed and prepared by our facility. Orders are only delivered Monday - Friday.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

You can track your order with the tracking information provided in your shipment notification e-mail.
